Our policies
What we ask of every client, in one place, before you pay a deposit.
Booking and deposits
A deposit holds your time and goes toward your service. Lifts, tints and brow tints take one, and the menu marks each with a Deposit to book chip. Book online and we confirm by text or email.
Canceling and running late
Please give 24 hours' notice to cancel or move a visit, and your deposit moves with you. With less notice, we keep the deposit. Lunch-hour visits are tight, so we hold your time for 10 minutes. After that the visit is shortened, not extended, so the next client isn't late back to work.
If you miss an appointment
If you miss a visit without a word, we keep the deposit and ask for prepayment on your next booking. If something comes up at work, a text to the studio is all it takes.
Children and companions
Visits are for clients 18 and over. Please come on your own: the room is small and the work needs you still with your eyes closed. A friend is welcome to wait in the lobby.
Patch tests and allergies
We ask every new client to patch test before a first tint. It shows how your skin responds to the tint. It helps, but it can't predict every reaction, so tell us about allergies, sensitive eyes and any reaction you've had to dyes or adhesives. If you notice burning, swelling, redness or blurred vision, tell us and call your doctor or go to urgent care. We stop the service if anything feels wrong.
Redos and refunds
If something isn't right, tell us within a week. Book a check-in, we'll look at your lashes and say what we can do. Services aren't refunded, but a concern always gets a conversation first.
Tipping
Tips are welcome and never expected. You can add one when you pay at the end of your visit.
Two more things to know
Lunch-hour visits
Lifts and tints run to the minute. Arrive five minutes early. If you're later than 10 minutes, we shorten the visit instead of running into the next client's.
Tint and patch tests
Lash and brow tint is offered here where Washington rules allow it. We ask for a patch test before a first tint, a day or more ahead.
Read the rules, then pick a time.
If anything here doesn't work for you, ask before you book.
