Before your first tint

Start with a patch test.

It's a small step that shows how your skin responds to the tint before a full visit.

Book it a day or more ahead of your first tint. It takes about 15 minutes, and you watch the spot at home. A patch test helps but can't predict every reaction, so tell us about allergies and sensitive eyes too.

Your first visit, step by step

  1. 01

    Step 1: Book your visit

Pick a lift, a tint or both on the booking page. A deposit holds your time and goes toward your service. New to tint? Book a patch test a day or more ahead.

  2. 02

    Step 2: What to bring

Come with clean lashes and no eye makeup, and take contact lenses out. Bring your glasses if you wear them, and tell us about allergies.

  3. 03

    Step 3: When you arrive

Arrive five minutes early. We hold your visit for 10 minutes. After that it's shortened so the next client isn't kept waiting.

  4. 04

    Step 4: What to expect

A short look at your lashes, then the service while you rest with your eyes closed. A lift takes 45 minutes, a tint 25 and both an hour.

  5. 05

    Step 5: Afterward

Keep your lashes dry for the first 24 hours. Book your next visit when you're ready.

Who should wait

Tell us before your visit if any of these apply, and we'll rebook you.

  • An eye problem

An eye infection, irritation or a recent eye or eyelid procedure. Check with your doctor first if you're unsure.

  • A past reaction

A reaction to a dye, adhesive or eye product, from us or anyone else.

  • A recent lift or tint elsewhere

Tell us when and where. We'll plan the timing with you before we start.

If you notice a reaction

Reactions can happen. If you notice burning, swelling, redness or blurred vision, tell us and call your doctor or go to urgent care. We stop the service if anything feels wrong.
