How long does a visit take?
A lift takes 45 minutes, a tint 25 and both together an hour. Arrive five minutes early.
What's the difference between a lift and a tint?
A lift curls your own lashes upward. A tint colors them a deeper shade. Many clients book both in one visit.
Do I need a patch test?
We ask every new client to patch test before a first tint. It helps but can't predict every reaction. Book it a day or more ahead.
What if I react?
Reactions can happen. If you notice burning, swelling, redness or blurred vision, tell us and call your doctor or go to urgent care. We stop the service if anything feels wrong.
What happens if I'm late?
We hold your time for 10 minutes. After that the visit is shortened, not extended, so the next client isn't kept waiting.
How do deposits work?
A deposit holds your time and goes toward your service. It moves with you if you give 24 hours' notice. The booking page shows the amount.
Can I wear mascara?
Yes, but you won't need it after a tint. Use a water-based remover and skip oil-based products near your eyes.
What should I do before my visit?
Come with clean lashes and no eye makeup, take contact lenses out, and tell us about allergies or irritation.
Is tint offered everywhere?
Lash and brow tint is offered here where Washington rules allow it. Ask us if you have a question.
How do I buy a gift card?
Gift cards come in any amount and go toward any service. You can buy one on the gift card page.
Ready to pick a time?
Book a patch test first if you're new to tint.
